<h2><strong>Cách làm bánh mì</strong></h2>
<p><strong>Bước 1:</strong> Trộn các nguyên liệu với nhau, bạn hòa tan đường, muối cùng với sữa. Sau đó hãy khuấy đều tay, lưu ý là khuấy nhẹ nhàng nhé và nên sử dụng muỗng để khuấy các nguyên liệu với nhau.</p>

<p><strong>Bước 2:</strong> Tiếp đó bạn lấy một tô trộn bột lớn, bỏ men nở và bột mì vào, dùng phới đánh đều tay để hòa các nguyên liệu với nhau. Tiếp đó bạn tạo một khoảng trống giữa âu bột.</p>

<p><strong>Bước 3:</strong> Sau khi đã tạo khoảng trống trong âu bột, đổ các nguyên liệu vào gồm có sữa tươi pha đường muối, bơ nhạt, sữa đặc. Tiếp đó bạn dùng phới để trộn đều các nguyên liệu (nếu không có phới hãy dùng đũa thay thế). Bạn nhớ trộn đều tay, đến khi các nguyên liệu được hòa trộn với nhau, trộn đến khi không còn nhìn thấy bột khô là được, bước này không cần nhồi thêm nhé.</p>

<p><strong>Bước 4:</strong> Khi đã làm xong bước 3, bạn để bột nghỉ lần 1 tầm 15 phút. Bạn nên che kín bột bằng cách dùng khăn ẩm đậy âu. Hết 15 phút bạn hãy gập bột lần 1, gập bột từ ngoài vào trong, từ mép bột ở ngoài vào giữa, thao tác gập từ 10 &#8211; 12 lần. Nếu không muốn tay dính bột thì hãy dùng chút bột mì thoa lên tay để chống dính.</p>
<p>Gập thêm 2 lần nữa theo quy trình ở trên.</p>
<p>Sau lần gập thứ 3, bạn để bột nghỉ lần cuối tầm 10 &#8211; 15 phút.</p>

<p>Bột lúc này nếu mềm dẻo như ảnh là được nhé.</p>
<p><strong>Lưu ý: </strong>Nếu khi bạn nhấc khối bột của mình lên và thấy nó chưa được dẻo, vẫn còn hơi khô, cứng thì biện pháp chống cháy lúc này là thêm nước. Bạn nên thêm nước từ từ vào, bóp đều tới khi bột mềm, nếu không làm bột mềm thì khi bánh ra lò sẽ bị khô, cứng. Mất đi sự ngon lành khi bạn ăn.</p>
<p><strong>Bước 5:</strong> Sau khi bột dẻo bạn để bột nghỉ lần 3 trong 15 phút. Lúc này sau 3 lần nghỉ, bột đã dẻo và dai hơn nhiều. Bạn thử bột xem đã đạt chưa bằng cách dùng ngón tay của mình ấn vào khối bột, nếu bạn ấn sâu vào nó tạo vết lõm và đàn hồi lại từ từ thì là hoàn hảo, bột đã đạt. Nếu vết lõm bạn ấn vào nó bật lại ngay lập tức thì hãy để bột nghỉ thêm 15 phút.</p>
<p>Tiếp đó bạn ấn xẹp hết các bọt khí ở trong bột. Nếu để lại bọt khí nhiều, bánh của bạn sẽ dễ nồng mùi men và hơi chua. Nên hãy lưu ý bước này nhé!</p>

<p><strong>Bước 6:</strong> Đây là bước tạo hình cho bánh. Bạn nên dùng các khuôn có loại 180 gram, vì nếu dùng khuôn quá to sẽ khó bỏ vào nồi chiên không dầu, cũng làm bánh bị nướng lâu dẫn đến bị khô, cháy bánh. Bạn quét bơ khắp lòng khuôn để chống dính và phủ thêm một lớp bột mì mỏng. Bạn lắc đều khuôn bánh và úp ngược để cho bột thừa còn dư rơi ra ngoài.</p>
<p>Tiếp đó bạn chia bột thành 6 phần bằng nhau, mỗi phần khoảng 60 gram. Bạn lại tiếp tục gấp mép bột vào giữa từ 5 -7 lần để tạo phần mặt mịn cho các viên bột.</p>
<p>Phủ một lớp bột mỏng lên bề mặt và dùng thêm một cây cán bột (không có cây cán bộ thì thay thế bằng chai thủy tinh). Cán bột nhẹ nhàng đều tay, rồi lật ngược miếng bột đã cán lại để lộ mặt mịn ra ngoài. Tiếp đó hãy cuộn phần bột lại.</p>

<p>Làm tương tự với các phần bột khác, tiếp đó quay lại phần bột đầu tiên và cán bột dài khoảng gấp rưỡi hoặc gấp đôi.</p>

<p><strong>Bước 8:</strong> Bạn cần làm nóng nồi chiên không dầu ở nhiệt độ 155 &#8211; 160 độ trước 10 phút. Khi bột đã nở gấp đôi, bạn đập một quả trứng và lọc qua rây và nhẹ nhàng quét 1 lớp trứng mỏng lên mặt bánh, bước này giúp tránh làm bánh nhanh cháy.</p>
<p>Bạn dùng giấy bạc che mặt bánh thời gian đều giúp bánh nhanh chín và hạn chế việc bị cháy. Lưu ý nên để khoảng trống cho bột nở và không nên bọc sát khuôn.</p>

<h2><strong>Một số lưu ý khi làm bánh mì bằng nồi chiên không dầu</strong></h2>

<li>Nếu trong quá trình nhào bột, bột bị khô thì bạn hãy thêm nước và nhào đều tay để bột mềm, dẻo.</li>
<li>Nên làm xẹp các bọt khí trong bánh để khi nướng lên bánh không bị lên men hay có mùi chua khi ăn.</li>
<li>Nếu không ăn hết bạn có thể để bánh trong túi hay hộp kín và để trong nhiệt độ phòng, bánh sẽ giữa được khoảng 1 &#8211; 2 ngày.</li>
