Thế nhưng không ít người buồn phiền khi làn da ngày một xuống sắc, không mịn màng hoặc thiếu sức sống. Những thói quen xấu sau đây có thể chính là thủ phạm gây hại cho làn da.</strong><span id="more-31047"></span></p>
<h2>Thức khuya</h2>
<p>Lối sống &#8220;cú đêm&#8221; hiện nay là một trong những thủ phạm chính khiến làn da chúng ta ngày càng xấu đi, thức khuya làm cho một số cơ quan trong cơ thể hoạt động trái với giờ giấc sinh hoạt bình thường cùng với bức xạ từ máy tính, điện thoại ảnh hưởng trực tiếp đến da mặt chúng ta. Để cải thiện tình trạng này, bạn nên hạn chế thức khuya, ngủ đủ giấc và tránh hoạt động quá nhiều với các thiết bị điện tử.</p>

<h2>Ăn uống không điều độ</h2>
<p>Cuộc sống hiện đại quá tất bật khiến chúng ta làm ngơ với việc cung cấp chất dinh dưỡng thiết yếu cho cơ thể. Việc ăn quá nhiều thức ăn nhanh, nhiều dầu mỡ như gà rán, khoai tây chiên, các món nướng đã làm lượng nhiệt trong cơ thể tăng cao. Nổi mụn hay da mặt kém sắc chính là hậu quả lớn của việc làm ngơ với những chất dinh dưỡng cần thiết cho cơ thể.</p>

<h2>Không rửa mặt</h2>
<p>Hằng ngày, việc tiếp xúc với quá nhiều bụi bẩn ngoài đường, trong môi trường làm việc khiến làn da nhạy cảm của chúng ta chịu ảnh hưởng nhiều nhất. Có nhiều bụi bẩn bám trên da mặt nhưng một số người lại quên mất việc rửa mặt hằng ngày. Rửa mặt ít nhất 2-3 lần một ngày để loại bỏ bụi bẩn trên da mặt cũng như làm mát da mặt trong những ngày thời tiết nóng bức là điều rất cần thiết.</p>

<h2>Không tẩy trang</h2>
<p>Sử dụng các loại mỹ phẩm make up là việc quá nỗi bình thường với các chị em, giúp phái đẹp tự tin hơn khi xuất hiện. Tuy nhiên họ thường mắc phải một sai lầm tai hại đó là không tẩy trang. Việc dùng nhiều mỹ phẩm trang điểm không tốt lại không tẩy lớp trang điểm khiến làn da hứng chịu nhiều hóa chất gây tổn hại da. Lời khuyên cho các bạn là trước khi đi ngủ hãy tấy trang bằng các loại nước tẩy rửa dành cho da mặt và hạn chế lạm dụng chúng quá nhiều.</p>

<h2>Không uống nước đầy đủ</h2>
<p>Cơ thể của chúng ta 75% là nước, cung cấp đầy đủ nước giúp cho da trở nên mịn màng và tươi mát. Việc cung cấp không đủ lượng nước cho cơ thể là lí do chính làm làn da trở nên thô ráp và nứt nẻ. Những ngày hè nóng bức, cơ thể tiết nhiều mồ hôi lại không đủ nước vào cơ thể rất dễ khiến da tổn thương nghiêm trọng. Một việc làm đơn giản mà hiệu quả ngay bây giờ chính là bổ sung nước vào cơ thể thường xuyên.</p>
